Q: Do the 2 options differ from each other?

They differ in color. One is gold the other a steel grey

Q: Are they 100% authentic? And come with authentic paperwork?

Yes it comes with all the correct paperwork, serial number and everything else. The box, the glasses case. Everything just drips versace luxury.

Q: Are the frames adjustable?

No they are not. They are also not real Versace. I had a real pair. This case is way larger, and they have a plastic feel to them especially around the nose. The packaging does look pretty official though and so would have been fooled if I did not have the comparison.
