It does what suppose to be, a support bar for the Metro 3 stoller. Pricy and should be included with the stoller, not a separate accessory.

This bag perfectly fits the metro 3 stroller and makes airplane travel an ease. The straps are comfortable and it condenses nicely to fit into a backpack for when you’re not using it quite yet.
