Exercise-induced headaches are gone
I've had headaches for 3 years that were intense-exercise-related and literally overnight solved the issue by hydrating with more than water. Nuun is not an intense flavor which I appreciate. Goes down easy, not sweet, and I'm so grateful for no more headaches.

hidratacion al entrenar algun deporte.
Noté una gran diferencia al entrenar ciclismo. hIDRATAN Y DAN ENERGÍA. Antes de tomarlas me acalambraba de las piernas. Esto desapareció a empezar al incluirlas en el agua. El sabor es bastante agradable . Las tomo cada vez que tengo un entrenamiento largo.

No dudovque sea un peoducto de calidad me lo recetó la nutriologa para hidratarme después de mi entrenamiento pero no me cayò bién , en el momento que lo ingerí me dió náusea y volví el estómago .

Product delivered was damn and sticky, cannot be use anymore.
It was all sticking together and was unable to dissolve in the water properly

Favorite hydration tablet!!!!
Love Nuun and this flavor! I drink it by itself and sometimes I mix it with flavored water pack to make my own "refresher". My kids also love it. They play multiple sports and it helps tremendously with hydration.
