From testing these headphones I have found they are solidly built. The earbuds when I first opened the packaged clanged against each other and have some real weight to them. The material seems to be made from quality and is not some Chinese generic knock off. When they clanged, it sounded like metal hitting rather than plastic.Audio seems to be spot on and definitely is quality for the price. Voice clarity is definitely there and the media control button makes an audible click in the headphones notifying you when a video or song is paused. None of my previous headphones from Philips, Samsung etc made that noise. It is quite nice actually when you can tell the song is paused and not press the stop button 4 times hearing the song stop trying to make sure it was paused.Another positive is that the headphones are marked with L and R showing which side to put in. The pouch that is pictured shows the headphones coming with different size earbuds. The buds are a little tight in my ear so might give them to my friend. Overall a very nicely set of headphones that could easily rival $40-$50 pairs of headphones.

*Edit- company reached out to me and sent another set. Took me awhile to test as I lost my stupid dongle to attach to the phone. Then I gave them a week or so to make sure. Whatever happened last time must have been a fluke as they have worked just fine this whole time and I had several podcasts to catch up on. Nice people running this company and I appreciated that they emailed me. I was also extremely surprised that when I decided to try them again, I got them the next day. Very impressed.*These were well packaged, looked great, sounded decent. I'm in the middle of a book so I didn't have any loud music playing so can't attest to actual sound quality but it was definitely what I needed. Then, on the second day, the left side just quit. I tried them in my computer and another phone to make sure it wasn't my port but same problem. One side just quit working for no reason. I've returned them.

I bought this produce on the basis of the ratings on amazon. I liked the sound quality and comfort. In fact, I have another one similar to this one but in silver.Now after some 14-15 months of usage, I find that the sound is very weak all of sudden. I plugged in another cheaper earbud and the sound is fine. Then I plugged into another computer and the same problem.I am disappointed with the expected life of this product.

I liked the headphones while they worked. The control button and the left ear bud stopped functioning one week after Amazon's two month return window closed.EDIT: Customer service contacted me and offered me a 99% off coupon to replace the ear buds. They were really friendly and anxious to improve my experience with their products.

I really was disappointed with these Earbuds. The manufacturer spent far more money on the packaging than on the actual technology of the sound quality of their earbuds! First of all, they too easily fall out of your ears. The wire is far too long and really gets in the way and catches on everything. Although the buds are marked "L" and "R", you can barely see the marks. You need a bright light and/or a magnifying glass to see the markings. And I wonder why they are marked anyway, supposedly to provide surround sound because there is none. Both ear buds give the same sound. Lastly, the buds themselves are so fragile, with the very transparent and light sponge cover over the bud itself, that they need to be washed frequently because they easily get dirty.When compared with the earbuds that came with my old Apple iPhone 6S, which are fabulous, these are like cheap toys.Don't waste your money.

The sound was great with these headphones until one side stopped working the second day. I listen to a lot of audiobooks & some music. These headphones were very clear while listening to the reader of audiobooks & music.Instead of leaving a bad review, I contacted the seller. I was surprised & very impressed to receive a quick response stating they were sending out a replacement. . I was very pleased with their willingness to make it right.I’d recommend doing business with this company AND getting good earphones.

Headphones work great. They come with 6 replacement ear pieces. I love the color they look so expensive. They don't feel cheap at all. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the button on the headphones pauses the music, I would prefer it control the volumn.

I am enjoying these ear buds very much....love the color and the sound is excellent for the price.Will buy them again!
