Great quality value and price
Great value, quality and price. Lower sodium content. Great to eat on their own or to add to any recipe that calls for beans. I think being organic has also improved the flavor.

Excellent Quality Organic Black Beans in a BPA-free Can
Delicious! My husband and I lived in New Mexico for a decade and picked up a healthy addiction to Black Beans from our time there. These are tender, delicious organic beans with no additives or preservatives, and just a slight hint of sea salt. I ordered mine through Amazon's new Amazon Pantry service & will DEFINITELY be buying more soon! Texture is tender (no need to cook them for 20 minutes like others I've bought--these can simply be slightly reheated & they're ready to eat).Try them in a salad (after rinsing), or, my favorite--simply add a little butter and salt & serve over rice, accompanied by a freshly warmed, buttered flour tortilla. Yum! Great quality--highly recommended for taste & its BPA-free can!

Lectin free beans!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I buy this brand because they are pressure cooked which kills “lectins” if you follow Dr. Gundrys lectin free foods lifestyle you will be happy to eat beans again!!! Eden makes several other pressure cooked beans, all very good!!

Pretty good.
For organic, not bad but a little bland and texture is watery but good.

EDEN ORGANIC BLACK BEANS
We prefer these over the 365 brand . The beans are smaller, blacker , have more flavor they are more al dente so they hold their shape when added to soups but are still easy to mush down for nachos .
