As a 51 year old woman who is primarily vegetarian and has heavy periods, I need to watch my iron levels. I’m so happy to have found this supplement that works. As a bonus, these pills also contain Vitamin C which helps with iron absorption, and B12 which is also good for vegetarians. Fantastic product!

These are great, just one tablet a day will definitely increase you blood cell numbers. It works for me, for my brother and a friend of mine. My doctor was surprised with results after two months of use but then got pissed when I told him that I have actually stopped using FeraMax that he recommended and used Blood Builder instead. The only negative comment I heard from my friend that it does not work quite well when used with coffee. I am taking them in the evening a few hours after I had my last coffee.
