Q: Is this as big as it looks in the picture?

It is probably not quite as big, but I really like this for my migraines and I have a very hard time finding them in the store.

Q: are there 16 sheets or 4? because on the first picture in the right corner up its written the amazon sign and 4?

There are only 4 sheets per box.

They are very good. It helps cool my forehead when I have a migraine. 

Q: Is there any sort of smell from these? It seems like all the other brands have some sort of smell and that is the last thing I need.

There is a slight menthol smell. It is not stron when wearing but if you are scent sensitive with migraines these would not be good.
