Fresh and in good condition.....but they are very slow growing.
The plants arrived after 5 days and were in good condition. All flat packed in pots which had been moistened before despatch. They were packed in straw and there was no soil spillage. The plants were bedded in immediately and do not seem to need to be supported by canes. The was only minimal indication od insect damage - really hardly enough to merit this comment.I opted to space them at 12 inch intervals although some advice was to be much further apart - as I want dense foliage I think that closer spacing is better.Very pleased with the product and likely to but more in the future.May 2020. The plants have been in the ground since early October and show no signs of growth although they are still alive and healthy. I have to take issue with the claim that they are fast-growing.July 2020. Now almost a year since planting but absolutely no discernible signs of any growth at all despite the seller stating: "They grow 3-4ft per year. Overall height in 10 years 12ft. Trim the top every year to keep them neat".Rather disappointing as I needed a fast growing plant. Grateful for advice from the seller.

Good Quality
The plants look healthy. They were packaged well in a carboard box and packed with straw. The straw and soil was nice and moist. The plants are a good size and hopefully will thrive and produce a nice hedge.

Not bad...
Delivery arrived in a long cardboard box with the plant stems all packed laying horizontal on top of one another. This meant that the plants lost a lot of the soil from their pots which had emptied into the cardboard box. Further packing consisted of shredded newspaper. All the plants were single stems as expected; with small platinum black pots to contain the roots. Upon arrival a few of the stems had wilted, a few had ripped leaves but other than being covered in soil, the stems appeared fairly healthy. The stems have been planted and since single stems we have used stakes to give them additional support. Hoping they'll pick up now that they're firmly in soil!I'm not sure what I was expecting for £43.50 but I guess it's a fairly decent price; if they grow and thrive!I had asked to change my delivery address but found that these details hadn't been changed and the box arrived at my old address; partly my own fault though!

Very happy!
This is now my third batch and I would recommend the laurels. The latest batch arrived quickly and well packaged.I planted them the day they arrived and they all look good.I planted 2 batches a year ago and they are growing well. Plants have more than doubled in size. The picture shows the new/old plants side by side.Another 2-3 years and they’ll be exactly what I wanted.

not started to grow yet
I bought these in march 2020 they haven't started to grow yet but they are not dead, can the supplier please say what the problem is. I don't want to underrate them as they still look healthy. Thank you

Well impressed
The plants arrived in a long cardboard with a label indicating it should be kept flat but it was delivered standing on the narrow end. We were worried what state the plants would be in, on opening it we found how well they had been packed all carefully laid with straw protecting them. They look extremely healthy plants well worth the money!

Disappointed - appears to have a fungal attack
Arrived in time and well packaged, all the plants seemed to be in good order apart from one which had some holes in the leaves and some brown marks. Planted them within 1 hour of delivery and they all looked well, but now all of the plants have holes and brown marks to leaves. After some internet research I understand that this is due to a fungus that attacks the leaves which must have been present. I am hoping that the young plants will recover but it’s very unsightly and I will be gutted if they all die.
