Q: I bought this watch in may, 2022. never wore it. i finally took it out and it's dead. i replaced the battery twice. still not working. can you help ?

Q: This watch arrived today and the hand does not move. Does it come with a battery in place?

Have you pushed the time set knob in all the way? Also it move quite slow. 15 minutes per tick on the face of the watch. Disregard this if you have figured it out. I am replying via the email so I am not on the actual page.

Q: Will you offer the stainless case with black watchface?

I don't know but I was very disappointed in this timepiece. It does not keep good time.

Q: what size is the band?

The band is appropriately wide and it fits my 7.5" wrist very comfortably. Does not look flimsy or undersized.
