Steam OS
I'm going to start by saying I do NOT run windows on this. Steam OS is installed. With that being said that's how I'm reviewing it. For me this is leaps and bounds better than the ROG Ally. The 8' screen is wonderful, the ergonomics are perfect. I can game on this for hours without feeling cramped or tired ect ect. In all honesty this is a bit better than the steam deck. not a ton better, but enough that it is worth it to consider instead of the deck. Games run marginally better than on a deck as well. So my rule of thumb is, if the deck runs something at 60 fps, this will do 70+, 30 fps, this will do 40+ ect ect. battery life is hit and miss depending on what you're playing. The wife loves to play sonic and can literally go 6+ hours without a charge. Some titles its less than 2 hours. For all those wondering is the LED's work on steam OS, they pushed an update out that made them work. There are tons of reviews of these things all over. They are 100% worth it if youre going for Steam OS. if not.... the Z1 extreme is what youre looking for.

Amazing PC Handheld
I was going to wait on the ROG Xbox Ally, but when I saw this and since i have enjoyed lenovo laptop's i thought to myself l, why not get one for me and my wife. I was not disappointedI saw a lot of reviews of how windows doesn't run games well ir anything like that but this was when the handheld was released, I have this for three weeks and I love that I can play Recent Triple A games onf High to Medium on performance mode and also play indie games on efficiency mode.My wife plays lots of Sims and Inzoi so she wanted to play it Docked most of the time and she is also enjoying it.I also play lots of gamepass and remote play via the xbox and never had an issue with itEmulators? Get the Emu Deck which is so worth getting. I honestly recommend it if you just want to play games on the go and on gamepass. If not, you can also install Steam OS and it will run even better.Only area that needs improving is the battery life.

Great for gaming
I'm in love with this system. I was initially very scared that this wouldn't be powerful enough for most new pc games but after trying it for a few weeks I can say that it's fantastic and more than efficient.Windows is actually really easy to use on this too since the screen is on the bigger side and the ergonomics of the device are super comfortable.

Good to go(s)
Honestly this is a great device. Sometimes it has hickups but when it runs on the right settings it runs pretty good! I originally wanted the SteamOS version but grabbed this one and honestly I am glad i snagged this one. The controls feel great, has a great grip to it(i have big hands) and feels great to hold. Not that hard to use, had to update everything but not an issue. Great screen and detail. all in all a great handheld if you don't have a steam deck or other handhelds.

Fun handheld!
Its a fun way to play and not have to lug my laptop around. I have been enjoying this thing. Screen is plenty big enough to see. Graphics are great. Has functioned flawlessly so far.. I paid more then I should have.. Did not notice till after I ordered Best Buy had them for 499.. But they are no longer on sale. But I am happy with it. Just hope it holds up. Very light weight and easy to grip.

Legion Go S: An Awesome Device with Disappointing Flaws
The Lenovo Legion Go S is a powerful and premium handheld gaming device. Its high-quality build and vibrant display deliver an awesome gaming experience, handling demanding titles with top-tier performance.Unfortunately, my enthusiasm is tempered by two significant issues. The placement of the two USB-C ports is a major letdown; they are frustratingly close together, making it nearly impossible to use two accessories at once, a baffling design choice that severely limits the device's potential. Furthermore, the battery life is disappointingly short, often requiring a charge after just a couple of hours of moderate gaming. For a device built for portability, this is a serious drawback. These flaws are more than minor annoyances; they are significant frustrations that prevent the Legion Go S from being a truly flawless device. While its raw power and quality are undeniable, these two issues make me hesitate to recommend it without a strong warning
