Tamiya Models Stalin JS3 Heavy Tank (TM35211)

A good quality kit with very convincing exterior details. Beware that the sponsons are open so you will need to fill them should that trouble you as it did me. I also replaced the tracks and the barrel (not really necessary) with metal aftermarket items.A great beginning for a super detailed build. However, the small parts count makes it perfect for the novice modeler.

Well made kit with barley any flash to sand. Fun kit to build as well.

please at least put some protection for model kit. kit are plastic, not strong, easy to damage and change shape. bad experience.

This JS3 was made well, overall I give it a fabulous rating. Turret even comes with its own cast steel texture.One problem is the barrel, it was two pieces and could barel move. That was a disappointment, Tamiya needs to provide one--piece barrels

ガンプラなどは経験があり組み立ては苦労しないと思って買いました。想像していなかったのが、すべて接着剤が必要という点。はめるだけで固定できるところがないのは驚きでした。雰囲気を楽しむだけでディテールはこだわらないと割り切れば難しくなく楽しめました。完璧に作れるひとはすごいなぁ、と思ったしだいです。

以前にも同じキットを購入しましたが、サスペンションの向きを間違え完成不可能になってしまった個人的にリベンジの意味をこめて再度購入。問題のサスペンションの向きに気をつけて（そもそも説明書をよく読んでいれば間違える場所ではないが・・・）、その先で頭を悩ませたのは側面後部についた燃料タンクの取り付ける角度程度で、それ以外は相変わらずのタミヤでサクサク組めます。接着剤の乾燥を待ちながらのんびり組んでも週末の土日で完成までいけました。パーツ色自体はそのままでもいいでしょうが、正面の楔形装甲の上に取り付ける予備履帯だけは塗装をした方が最低限の格好はつくでしょう。出来上がりはやはりタミヤで安定したクオリティを保っています。一部履帯の裏から穴が開いてるのが気になりますが、それ以外は概ね非常に良くできており、値段を考慮すれば出来栄え、パーツ構成、組みやすさなどからコストパフォーマンスではかなり優秀なキットでしょう。
