I’m really impressed with this compact camping stool. It folds up nice and small, slipping into a bag so easily that you barely even notice it’s there. For something so lightweight, it’s surprisingly sturdy. I’ve only taken it out for one camping trip so far but I found it to be so handy to have a quick seat. Simple, comfortable, and it even looks pretty good, I’ve got no complaints at all.

This was bought mainly for my 5 year old when he needs a rest on family days out. It is light and compact enough that it is easy to carry with you in a backpack. The clever folding design works well. The quality seems ok, but I did notice the paint finish on the metal legs starts to wear away after very little use and I’m not sure how long the stitching will last. Also the metal parts slot together and can be a bit stiff when putting the legs together. There is a bit of a knack to putting it together/taking it apart. Not sure I would trust this if I was on the larger side… I’ve given 4 stars as I think quality vs cost lets this down a little bit but overall I would recommend.

I recently picked up this foldable camping stool for a weekend hiking trip, and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. It checked all the boxes I was looking for: lightweight, durable, easy to pack, and comfortable enough to actually use for extended periods. Pros: Super Portable: It folds down to a compact size that fits easily in my backpack's side pocket. Easy Setup: Unfolding and setting it up takes literally 5 seconds. Great for quick breaks on the trail or around the campfire. Strong Build: Despite its small size, it feels incredibly sturdy. I'm about 200 lbs and there was no wobble or concern about it collapsing. Comfortable Seat: I was surprised by how comfortable it is for a minimalist stool. The seat fabric is taut and supportive, not saggy or flimsy. Versatile: I’ve used it for camping, fishing, and even in my backyard. It’s a great little addition to any outdoor gear setup.

Unfortunately this did not last a weekend for me so I returned it. I weighed about 74kg at the time and the ropes that go through the poles snapped.

Seems sturdy enough but would be more useful if it was taller. I have problems with my knees so would have problems getting down to the stool. Luckily I didn’t buy it for me. Hopefully the recipient likes it

This is a fantastic little stall. I have a spinal disability that makes standing in queues very difficult so this comes with me to those occasions and whenever I travel. There is a bit of a knack to it and it did take me a solid few tries to get the opening and closing of it smooth - it can be a bit annoying in some situations to be fiddling with it. Additionally, the post makes it seem smaller than it is but it's definitely far from pocket size. It is still small but not tiny. As expected with something so small, the stability could be better and it's about as comfy as you'd imagine. I generally love it and use it regularly but it's not a perfect product by any means. Although one unexpected plus side is how many security guards I have confused and amused when they wondered what on earth it was and I said it was a chair haha.

I got this 13” portable folding stool for its size and portability. It’s lightweight, folds up small and is easy to carry around. Although it’s lightweight, it’s surprisingly sturdy. The seat is low to the ground which is perfect because I’m short and it’s comfortable enough for short breaks. Setup is quick and simple. Overall, it’s solid little stool that’s convenient, reliable and perfect to take when camping or hiking.

Garbage! I was really excited about this chair as I bought it to assist with senior pictures and the first time it was used it fell apart and he fell to the ground in a muddy spot! I mean, the metal crumbled under him to the point where I couldn’t bend it back at all much less try to store it back in its bag to haul it out of where we were! He was WELL under the weight limit as well at 175 lbs. Very Disappointing.

The MOONCY portable stool has been a super handy addition to my outdoor gear. It’s lightweight enough to toss in a backpack without thinking twice, but sturdy enough to hold my weight comfortably (I’m around 200 lbs and it feels solid). The 13-inch height is just right for quick breaks during hikes, fishing trips, or even waiting in line at outdoor events. Folding and unfolding is simple and smooth, and the compact size makes it easy to stash in the car or clip to a bag. Despite how light it is, it doesn’t feel flimsy—definitely more durable than I expected for something this portable. One small heads-up: the seat is best for shorter sitting sessions, not long periods of lounging. But for what it’s designed to do, it works really well. I currently highly recommend this product. However, should issues arise I will update my review accordingly.
