Very good for the price
Pleasantly surprised with the good quality and finishing. Only thing missing was the piece that connects both armors through the top.Definitely recommend it.

Cheap and Aesthetic.
Really nice costume pieces. But there are a few flaws.First, the straps are way too long. Unless you have 30” biceps, you wont be able to strap it on. So you’ll have to make some new holes yourself.Second, there are two riveted leather straps on the inside holding the pieces together. Odd, but it works.Third is the strap atop the pauldron where it attaches to your coif. I would imagine this strap to be on the inside, but its not.But for only 30$, it’s totally worth it, unless you’d rather spend 5x as much on a real pair. Still a good item though.

Heavy and authentic looking
I actually bought these to prevent my cat from pounding on my shoulder at night, painfully. They wrap around my shoulder just perfectly. Haven't tested it against the cat, he doesn't want to go near it ! But it is perfect for the job. They are covered with an oily substance which I suppose is protective or something. One thing, there is one strap and two areas with buckles. I suppose that make sense to armor wearers. I would think they are rather heavy to wear standing up but maybe that adds to the effect.

20 gauge pauldrons
Eeh, light, 20 gauge steel (its the thickness, just look it up), they are only good for costuming. maybe take 1 or 2 hits. look good. and you can bend them to fit whatever arm you have (keep the ball peen on hand tho). for 30 bucks its exactly what I payed for.

These are so 5 star awsome They Compliment My Whole Ren Fair Outfit !
Medieval Pauldron Set Pair Plate Armor Carbon Steel Real Adult SizeThese Are so Awsome I got happy and made mail sleeves to go in them so no scratches from the pointy bottom and they connect great to the arming collar which is padded, and under the chainmail coif, they hang perfect so Ren Fair should be fun with less weight to wear, as no full shirt, great buy, and they look great, they came early and in great shape, lightly oiled washed off easy, Thanks Swordsaxe, and Amazon.com

Thin and sharp
Very thin and sharpFit ok if you have PLENTY of padding. Cheap, lightweight great for costumea if you're willing to sand down the edges. Decently comfortable.Mobility works as expected if you've worn armor.

beautiful armor, flimbsy leather
just got these. well packed, fits my shoulders awesomely. great length, moves well. the only thing is that the leather and buckles to attach to the gorget is flimbsy and small. the buckle on one side is torn and is in danger of falling off. the buckles are held by two tiny stitchs that broke almost immediately and tore through half the thickness of the leather. the leather is narrow and soft whereas the leather on the gorget is thick, wide and very stiff. so i think i will have to go to the sewing store and get wider buckles and use my pawl to sew them into place and repair the tear at the same time. too bad there is no standard for armor buckles and material. am i glad i got them? yes, definately!
