Are these spoons dishwasher-safe?

They are listed as dishwasher safe, but ours developed mold. Watch very carefully for mold if you wash them in the dishwasher.

How many spoons come in the "one pack" size? According to the manufacturer they are only sold in a two pack. So is it one pack of two?

Can I use this as a teether for my 3 month old and then use as a spoon at 6 months? If I introduce these now will it have a negative effect later?

So, while I am not a feeding expert, I would advise you to use a real teether until your child is truly ready to tackle solids.
