Good quality for the money! Does what it says it will do!
I ordered these and very disappointed when I got them, thought they would be heavy like a weight. So, while family was over, I did the work out, we were laughing because they were so light weight and I felt really dumb thinking I was totally duped. I woke up at 3:00 am with horrible shin splints and my calves were killing me. The next day I worked out again more upper body and yep felt it the next day. I do Inbody scanning as part of my weight loss and I am gaining muscle, they work! No pain while using. Only negative is that I re-laminated the work out sheet, it was so thin and didn't want it to get ruined.I did get out of the pool and floated around for a while, got a tan from the ankle weights!! LOL

Excellent product for water exercises!
Love love love this product! Expected when I got it to possibly return if it did not Perform as intended. Wow- Did a 35 minute workout in the pool and everything worked great! Was held upright by the belt while running and was also able to get onto my stomach and paddle back to the shallow end of the pool. Great for arms and legs and it is nice that the exercise instruction sheet is water proof since it blew into the pool. So much better than using pool noodles to try to do water exercises. I am spreading the word to my friends with pools. This product is a winner!!

Excellent Water Combo Workout Set!
This is an excellent choice! The floatation belt, water weights and dumbbells provide just the right resistance and comfort for exercising/working out in your pool. The strap on the Dumbbells allows extra support, keeping them in my hands during the workout. The set is durable and easily adjustable, for a perfect fit.

Great workout
What a great work out. Thought I wouldn’t need the waist belt! It’s more like an anchor you really need. The water resistance to these and ankle and wrist “weights” are amazing. Great by!
