If this is made of steel, why won't a magnet stick to it ?

Apparently , proper quality stainless steel is not magnetic . Assuming this is stainless steel as per the listing .

Does the job, looks good, flame doesn't really adjust.

Looks very good and hopefully I'll hang on to it for longer than a standard Clipper! The adjustable flame was one of the main reasons I went for this model but sadly, neither of the ones I bought seem to respond very well to being adjusted. They're basically flame throwers until the gas pressure drops and then they behave just like any standard refillable lighter.Turning the small grub screw in the base of the Clipper is supposed to adjust the flame but really, it makes close to zero difference.Still though, they're decent little lighters and a nice take on a classic design.

Exactly what i wanted!

Solid metal lighter. Looks Nothing like a cheap plastic one. The flints are replaceable as is the striking wheel and the gas can be refilled too a lighter that lasts a lifetime... and at a great price too!

A pretty clipper lighter that most people admire

A great little product that everyone notices and admires. The only bad thing about this metal clipper lighter is you need to keep an eye on it at all times because someone WILL nick it given the chance. This is the 3rd one I've bought as my last two just vanished. Clipper clappers.
