Runs incredibly fast and smooth
I received this tower today and am very pleased with it after figuring out some supposed issues that were really user error. I even reached out to the seller, but was able to figure out the issue I had, which was my headset was not being recognized by the installed Realtek HD Audio program. When I figured out how to have the PC recognize it, it would only pick up the mic or put out sound - not both. Well, turns out I'm just ignorant and I learned more than I ever though I would about 3.5 mm jacks. The tower I received is older with fantastic, new innards. The jacks on the front support TRS, not TRRS, jacks, so if you're trying to use a gaming headset or something similar, you'll need an adapter. I luckily had one lying around that I used for my laptop prior and was too stupid to realize this was the problem originally. After figuring that out, my world was right again. The stats are impressive and I'm able to run low setting games such as Rage or Borderlands on it (Intel graphics 4000), but I'm excited because I host virtual happy hours with my co-workers through Microsoft Teams. It's a little embarrassing when your PC can't run a simple Jackbox game through Steam while screensharing, which was the struggle of my little HP Spectre Folio. Enter this behemoth of power (for the price...and honestly in general). Runs the game smoothly while screensharing with 8 people and probably more, but have yet to test it. It starts up incredibly quick, downloads things super quickly, and I have zero complaints.I definitely plan to crack it open eventually and see if I can fit a 1080ti low pro in there, but for now, the graphics card and amount of RAM that comes with is overkill for how I'm currently using it and what I purchased it for, which was to keep up with the programs I utilize while working remotely and for college. Disc drive also works after a test today.

Great used PC!
I buy used PC's somewhat often, this is the fifth HP sff style one I've bought over the last few years. It works well, and has all the specs mentioned in the listing. These make great little workstations, and can easily be used to do "some" gaming on, but you'll need a graphics card if you want to play anything other than lightweight e-sports games on them. With this one specifically, I added an extra 8gb ram to it to bring it up to 24, tossed in an extra 1tb hdd for storage, and threw in a GT 1030 that I had laying around. Now, it can run games like Destiny, GTA V, Quite a few of the Assassins Creed Games, and the like on lower settings, but they still look, and run good. It is not being used for gaming, I just threw that in as an example for those wondering if it will work for gaming as I have separate one of these built for that purpose and can verify that it will run a decent amount of semi newer titles. If you're buying it for gaming purposes you need a low profile graphics card, that does not require an extra power connector from the power supply, unless you are planning to swap out the power supply. This thing, with a few extra gigs of ram, and a GTX 1650 will run Halo Infinite, on lower settings, but, its playable and looks fine. Again though, if you're using it for a workstation, it will be fine right out of the box. Hope this review helps a few people with their purchase. The price is good, the specs are good, and in my opinion it was a great purchase.

Good so far!
So the wi-fi is almost USELESS, it is 2ghz single-band, and barely got about 700kbs in a strong wi-fi zone.Once we put a real 2-band wi-fi card in we were getting 20 mbs! Remember, 5ghz = fast. The power supply is loose but somehow secured along a hinge - be aware when you open it.RAM is all consistent brand - that's awesome. OS was ready to setup and personalize - great.I don't like it when the OS has been setup previously - who knows what settings they used.So it was advantageous the way they did it.Shipped AMAZINGLY well - never saw this type of inflatable packaging.Computer case looks brand new.Be aware that the USB 3 ports are not easy to find - the top ports on the front seem like USB 2.The ports below the first two are fast 3.0.UPDATE: 2023 Sept. THIS DOES NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS 11, be aware most computers going for cheap are NOT, that's why, aha

So far so good!
Shipped timely and in excellent packing. Neat and professionally packed with a card to call seller if any problems. But I have had no problems so far. Just got it up and running this week. Lightning fast. I mean everything is like boom, boom. Brilliant! And I have terrible internet, so take that for what its worth. Outside tower container is fine--nothing really banged up or dented. Started it up and Windows started installing with no hassle, no searching for keys and typing long strings of letters and numbers. Recognized by Microsoft online, so installed Windows version seems legit. Fans work well: doesn't seem to be overheating. Startup is ridiculously faster than my old dinosaur PC. Updated Windows successfully. Got my Bitdefender humming along. It's just super-fast and quiet. No glitches whatsoever, praise God. Really happy with the purchase so far, but will change this review if it all goes downhill in the future if at all for any reason. This is the first week I have it up and running, but so far I highly HIGHLY recommend this machine / seller.
