Really happy with this dehydrator! It has lots of space, so I can dry big batches all at once. Everything dries evenly, it’s easy to set the temperature, and it runs quieter than I expected. I’ve used it for fruit, veggies, herbs, and jerky and the results have been great every time. Solid build, easy to clean, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The shelves do seem to be a tad smaller than they should be for a perfect fit. But definitely worth it if you need a large dehydrator.

Starting out 2025 I decided I needed to up my healthy lifestyle. When looking for a piece of equipment that would aid me with this change I found this dehydrator. It not only makes healthy fruit and veggie snacks but also a super probiotic yogurts that ferment at exactly 100 degrees, and keeps my fermented veggies and drinks at a constant warm temp when my kitchen is very cold. There are 8 trays that come with two different types of silicone mats that help the food not stick and for making fruit rolls. I just love how I can set the temp to what i need and I know it stays at that constant temperature for up to 24 hours. My only regret is that the timer does not go longer, but that is easily remedied by just adding the needed time in after the initial 24 hours. This is a great value, especially for the quality and the versatility of this machine.

Enjoying this device. It's been nearly non stop for a couple months. Easy to use, holds a lot. Not too loud. The silicone mats make clean up easy. My only issue is getting the trays in straight.
