Great for Rehydration
I bought Gatorlyte specifically for times when I felt like I needed more than just water, and it did a great job of rehydrating me. I could genuinely tell a difference after drinking it, which is ultimately what I wanted from an electrolyte drink. I also like that it has five electrolytes, is lower in sugar, and doesn't contain artificial sweeteners or flavors. The Mixed Berry flavor is easy to drink and doesn't make hydration feel like a chore. Overall, it did exactly what I bought it to do, and I would absolutely purchase it again. If you're looking for something to have on hand for those times when you need some extra hydration, this is a great option.

These are great tasting and work well when needing to hydrate. These had the electrolytes I needed after chemo treatment for side effects

Drink lots of Gatorlyte. This flair is OK, but would prefer lemon-lime.

I had never drank a Gatorlyte until January 26, when I was released from the hospital, after having had an emergency major abdominal surgery. I couldn’t eat. At all. I could barely drink anything. So I decided to buy a bunch of different kinds of drinks to see what I could hold down. And this product, specifically in mixed berry, was the standout. Not only was I able to keep it down , and made me feel noticeably better, but it’s actually delicious! I HIGHLY recommend keeping it on hand. It doesn’t have to be for someone who’s ill or an athlete. It’s for everyone. I drink one every day regardless, and I save money by making it a subscription.
