Does this car drive on its own? How far does it go?

You put the blue toy Energon cube in the transformer’s car mode and it basically acts as a wind up toy. You pull back to wind it up, let go, and it “drives” for a 2-3 seconds, depending on how smooth terrain is. Cannot drive on carpet, must be smooth.

Is this item diecast metal ??

No. It is a waste of money if your child is age 5 or older. It is very small!

Where can i go to find replacement parts or warranty the toy?

The cost is minimal . . . perhaps purchase a new one. Otherwise, you probably should contact the manufacturer.
