Works as expected.
This hinge works as expected, replacing worn out pivot hinges on an Aluminum store front door.The cost is much lower than the 'brand name's' hinges doing the same.

Great replacement door hinge.. I have been using this type of hinge for years on failing commercial door hinges. Great price and quality. I would highly recommend.

Not a waterproof hinge.
The geared extrusions are not continuous. This is not a waterproof hinge, and that is not made clear in the description.

Almost identical to the brand name comparable hinge.
I laid this out next to a Select SL5783CL and they were almost identical, with a couple small differences in the extrusion dies. Also, the screws for the frame portion, while self drilling, are button head type instead of countersunk type. But for at least $40 less than the Select hinge, I’ll be buying these from now on.
