I think you probably could. Should shake before spritzing. It's possible the ingredients could cause nozzle to clog (like some hair spray) but running nozzle under warm water should help. I'd give the spray bottle a try. Wish I'd thought of it.

I can recycle it in my area. It is a PET bottle.

I don't know what you're looking for in a toner, but I can say it doesn't irritate, or overly dry out your skin.
