ボウリングのローダウンやフォームの練習にベスト。しかし、指穴の大きさに差があるといいかなぁ。それと、穴の角度が少し本物と違う！

指穴も種類があり指に合い練習用には適していた。 重さも練習するのに腕に負担が無かったので良かった。 ただ、練習には音が発生するので星4個にしました。

親指の穴の向きが逆になっていたので、自分で直しました。 それから思ったより軽く、もう少し重いと良かったと思いました。

3歳息子がボーリングにはまったので購入。初めはサッカーボールなどを使っていましたが、ボールに穴が無く、思い通りにならなかったので、何かいいものは無いかと探していたら、これを見つけました。1ポンドを購入しましたが、とても軽く、思い通りになげられるので、大喜びでした。 ボーリング場では残念ながら使用できないようです。係の人に聞いた所、おそらくボールが壊れるとのことでした。

ボウリングボールの回転練習が出来るが、指穴スパンが短いので使いにくいです。

長年、ボウリングをやっていますが、 ボウリングのレベルアップのためには望ましい回転軸で高速回転することが必須と考えています。 それを実現するためには、望ましいリストアクションが必要となってきますが、 私にとってはこれがとても難しいことでした。 このボールは、そのためのリリースの検証や練習を家でやるためにとっても重宝しています。

Durable and helpful for practicing release and rolling the ball. Also nice to use for form

Size is about real bowling ball but much lighter. Excellent for thumbless bowler. However, not so great for one-handed bowler user using thumb. Would've been better if they could've drilled thumb hole the opposite. I would strongly recommend this if you are thumbless bowler seeking tool to practice the feel of real ball. FYI, It could be quite bouncy.
