I bought this laptop as a Mother’s Day gift, and it was an absolute hit! The performance is fantastic — the Intel Core i5 with up to 3.6GHz and 24GB of RAM makes everything run super smooth, from browsing to multitasking with Office apps. The 512GB SSD is lightning-fast and provides plenty of space. The 1920x1200 display with 100% sRGB is bright and crisp — my mom loves using it for photo editing and watching videos. Windows 11 Pro came pre-installed, and it even includes Microsoft Office 2024, which was a huge bonus! The build feels premium, and the long-lasting battery means she doesn’t have to stay plugged in all the time. Plus, the HDMI and USB-A ports make it easy to connect older devices without needing extra adapters. Overall, an amazing value for the features — fast, reliable, and beautifully designed. Highly recommend!

Great laptop at a reasonable price. The keyboard is OK, a little noisier than I expected. The trackpad is good sized, but the location and its size also impede where your wrist will typically be placed when typing. With all the software we need preinstalled, we are very happy with the product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I needed to upgrade a laptop and was interested in the Window 11 Pro with the Office 2024 edition included. When I received it, it was simple to set up. And the price was right!

Never had so much hassle trying to set up a laptop EVER...then got TWO emails saying they would help do everything to transfer files etc. but basically only walked us thru setting up my account with them and told anything else had to be separately requested and an order filed. The Office 2024 is basically a beta program that Microsoft wants tested to make "adjustments" to it. Not impressed with the laptop (and can we say dinosaur operational speed...w/only a secure external hard drive installed, it's taking 5 minutes to restart and both my 10 and 5 yo Dells are faster). Not impressed...less expensive shouldn't mean less effective...

I purchased this AE86 laptop to replace an HP Pro15 that did not work very well. This AE86 laptop has performed very well for two days now. Windows 11 is a smooth OS and works very well. Will let you know how it works after a little more time has passed.

The computer is not good, very slow, and stopped turning on after two months of use, and the store is not responding to me.

So far, so good. Not sure why they call this a Notebook since it has an Intel i5 processor and overall it’s less than an inch and a half smaller than my 15.6” HP laptop. The keyboard takes a little getting use to because there isn’t a keypad off to the right of the keyboard, the keys and spacing are larger than I’m used to. This in not a negative, especially for an older user. The display is bright and crisp. I’ll write a more detailed review after I’ve had a few weeks of using it.

It is fast. Love the colors in the screen. Nice and bright. Would have given a 5 star, but it runs very hot. I had to buy a fan base to keep it cool. That seems to be what it needed. It was very easy to set up which was a plus too. :)
