Great Guide
Great for tips and tricks for Kaizen events or schedules

Good simple to the point book. If you are familiar with any of these techniques it is enough to get started. Implementation details would be covered elsewhere.

Good read, simple examples
Very short, easy to understand but more examples needed. Examples should involve different industry scenarios like offices, call centers, stores, restaurants, etc.

We’ve recommended this short read to hundreds who don’t know anything about kaizen. It’s a wonderful primer and can orient teams about to start of their continuous improvement journey.

Quick Reference Guide
The book is a helpful guide for keeping several Kaizen concepts at your fingertips. 4-stars because the tips are too broad and no tools are shared. I recommend this to anyone finding their footing in Kaizen practice. Continuous Improvement Professionals & Experts won't find this book useful.
