The authors teach you how to interpret Scripture and how to understand the meaning of the Bible in context.This book could not possibly have enough room to debate which Bible version is most accurate and which ones have removed or added information. For that you'll have to do more intense research.Throughout the book there were meaningful Bible verses, especially those which were Jesus' words.I think you will want to read this book if you are starting to search for answers. I enjoyed this book and recommend it; however, for a book designed to cover “frequently” asked questions, it overlooked some of the most common ones. There are questions that non-believers frequently levy against believers. Believers need to be armed with answers. Example: How can God condemn the person that never heard of Christ to Hell? Example: Accounts like Noah’s flood and Jonah being swallowed by the whale seem like tales. Are they allegorical or true? Example: Why does God allow Satan to rule the world? I believe questions like these are more important to address than many others given consideration in this book.

I thought it would have been more in depth and more of a quick reference apologetic book. With that said, it is a good beginner book and could be a fantastic outreach text or handed out to new believers. Description, photograph, website presentation, and what arrived are the same-size, shape, and color matched expectations. I'd recommend it!

The ability to defend your faith has become so important in an ever increasing secular society. So many young people go off to college full of faith only to return wondering if any of their faith is real. Many fall away from the Lord during these times.This book really targets raising your faith by answering the toughest questions. "Are there any proofs that God realy exists?", "Is God a racist?", "Who created God", "Aren't all other religions really talking about the same God?", and so many more.Not only will you be able to defend your own faith, but you might be able to give someone who is on the edge of believing just the evidence they need to surrender to our loving Lord. It's a terrific book to catapult you to a new level of faith!

Arrived on time. Great resource to have as a Christian!

Not all answers were thoroughly thought out; some assumptions and not sure I followed all the logic. But For someone new to the faith, a helpful place to start.

It was a gift to several graduates. As the extended families of these graduates get a chance to see the bible more and more are buying it and using it. I just made a trip to Israel to study and the archaeology notes line up well with what we saw and heard from some the top Israeli guides we had. So, get or give it away.

Penetrating. Satisfied most of my intellectual questions. A convenient read especially when travelling out of the country on connecting flights during those long hauls. Looking forward to read more of Josh's books. An excellent gift especially for friends in Uni & for loved ones as well.

Each question is dealt with in one chapter, and each chapter is short... 2-4 pages. Although some questions warrant longer explanations, this book was a good overview providing basic answers.
