Got this for my teenage child who kept rushing me to get a new laptop. Had looked through multiple features and finally decided to get this one. I was able to set up the whole computer before handing it over to my child. The startup took a little while because of all the installation and updates, but once everything’s updated, the laptop works amazing. It’s so much faster than our old laptop and with many newer features. Love that it has a micro sd card slot because we’ve been using a lot of sd cards for devices lately and we haven’t find anywhere to open the sd cards yet. Computer is fast and simple to navigate. Battery life is exceptional. I’ve only charged it once since getting it in the mail and the battery is still going the the third day. My child says she will be playing a lot of games on it and she feels this laptop will last her a long time in the coming years because it is capable of handling daily gaming and multitasking activities.

The battery will not stay charged it drains within 20 minutes of being off the charger. It’s very hard to use the pad for the curser. It won’t allow me to use a mouse. I bought a warranty but never received the warranty information I’ve had it a few months but probably don’t have more than 3 hours of total use

Bought in June 2025 for the past month the cooling fan been making a load squeeling noise. The computer otherwise proforms as it should,

I bought this laptop as a way to play games away from home. This laptop provides a great gaming experience for those who don’t want a lot of equipment to play games. This laptop is very lightweight and certainly not laggy. This laptop also doesn’t overheat. Recently I downloaded a very laggy game due to the graphics, but this laptop has no lag and even made the graphics better. So far one of the best purchase I’ve made this year.would recommend for someone looking for a portable gaming laptop.

I'm 64 it's the first computer I've ever owned I'm not very technical but I figured that my age I might as well learn it now actually it's quite easy to learn the advancements in computers have come a long way it's a very good item to purchase.

You get what you pay for. It doesn't charge right, is very slow even for basic operation, and the keys are fragile (including the power button). Best avoided.
