I really like this shake powder. It tastes great, dissolves well and is filling. A little pricey but it’s good quality

Pros: >Tastes good. A smooth vanilla flavor. gritty like all protein powder but less so and palatable. >It has all the vitamin supplements I take, except D3 ( but that is very individual for people so I understand that). Even K2, and B12, chlorella, a good mix of acidophilus. Thus getting my vitamins is easier than ever. Since I intermittent fast, it will be my fast breaking lunch when I can't get home, or when I'm doing lots of physical work in the woods and need a boost. Seems like an excellent meal and supplement replacement, which is exactly how I plan to take it. > I don't taste the stevia flavor Cons: > Expensive. But with all that you get it will save me from most of the supplements I take. > Wish it was organic > Added coconut sugar. (its sweet, almost too sweet for me since I eat very little sugar) Most of of the rest of the sweetness probably comes from the fruit blend and stevia)

The Vanilla Chai is a good flavor. I prefer mine with half water and half vanilla coconut milk. It keeps me full like a meal would. The powder easily dissolves with a shaker ball and ice cold water. It truly is superior as shake & go meal compared to all other shakes I've tried. I was so excited to find a plant-based, non-GMO, dye-free, sugar-free, artificial-free, lots of essential vitamins, probiotics, greens, superfoods. Except for containing stevia, this marked all the boxes. My mouth and throat absolutely ITCH every time I drink it. Within seconds. I've drank a shake every day for lunch, and sometimes dinner too (busy life), for two weeks. The bag is about 3/4 gone. I looked at the bag yet again trying to figure out why I react as though I just ate a whole loaf of bread. The bag says 'contains tree nuts (coconut) contains wheat (wheat grass). Wheatgrass is normally harvested early so it's generally assumed to be gluten-free. BUT... the shake contains barley grass, which sprouts sooner. Once barley grass sprouts, it is no longer gluten-free free. Based on allergy symptoms, I suspect this shake has gluten even though it only warns about wheatgrass. I will reach out to the company to give feedback. It's hard to find a shake with this much goodness at this price. I would like to know which ingredient needs a P65 warning. The package arrived on time with no damage.
