Nike Men's Free Metcon 6 Workout Shoe

This version of the Free Metcon (Version 6) is by far the best all-purpose workout shoe that I've ever used. I really put my workout sneakers through the ringer; using them 7-days a week for weight training and cardio (3.5 miles/day of incline treadmill). Aside from comfort, being lightweight, and accommodating wider feet (unlike version 5 of the same sneaker), what really stands out about these is their versatility. I've never had a workout sneaker (metcon, running sneaker, powerlifting shoe) that has provided ample stability to perform barbell squats while also being comfortable, flexible, and lightweight enough to do an hour of cardio in. I wish that they lasted me slightly longer than 5 months, but considering what I put them through, these are great value for the money. I've purchased 5 total pairs of these and would recommend to anyone for almost any application.

The media could not be loaded. These shoes fit and feel great. They are lightweight and are perfect for my workouts! There was no “break them in” period. They were perfect for me from day 1 of putting them on!! Highly recommend.

The Nike Metcon 6 is an excellent all around athletic, workout shoe because it provides good cushioning, stability, breathability and flexibility. Before purchasing these shoes for my Gold'sFit workout class, I used running shoes, but running shoes did not provide enough lateral support and stability during lifts and doing side to side movement. The Nike Metcon 6 feel much more stabile and confidently perform through a variety of activities. When I started looking at other people's shoes in the gym, I was surprised how many also also chose the Nike Metcon.

Replaced my Metcon 4's with these. Amazing upgrade. I wear these only when working out and my workouts are a variety of activities from treadmill to weights to rower and bike. Good arch support and incredibly comfortable.
