Q: Does it have auto shut off

It actually does have auto shutoff. Idk how other people’s dont have it. Ive had mine for about 4 years and still works like a charm. And ive dropped it a couple of times. Although I dont use it it as much as I used to 2 years ago.

Q: Will this be compatible in countries that have 220V?

Do not buy this my daughter has gone through 2 units in six months. After second warranty you can't turn it in again. The unit just stops heating out of blue. Check the Internet. It happens to everyone. Fhi will not back units bought from Amazon as well. Run

Hi Tamika, when purchasing this product from this site "Amazon" that there is no warranty per an authorized FHI rep via phone 3/2013.. Please reach out to FHI directly to obtain there authorized dealers, Amazon isnt one of them.. Good luck!
