When your teenage son has a passion for basketball, you seek every opportunity to engage with him. Therefore, I am indeed the father in the gym, equipped with the blocking pad. This activity serves as an excellent workout for me (my son is not small, and we are both quite competitive), and, more significantly, it has aided him in enhancing his hand placement and explosiveness off the line. The pad is robust, well-cushioned, and comfortable to grip without the concern of it slipping. After several weeks of additional practice at home, I can already observe improvements in his technique.

Purchased this after seeing an online video of a dad practicing football tackling with his son. My 12 year old son is playing tackle for the first time and this is helping him practice running into a tackle and meeting resistance. The bag is very durable, strong, and this a good value for the value. I would recommend to anyone who wants to put in extra practice.

I use this for basketball for middle/high school kids. This item is big and comfortable for the holder. I'm 6'1" 220 and it suits me well. It offers multiple loops in the back to make it easy to grip in either direction. Very good padding, so it's safe for the holder, and for bumping the athlete. It's made with good material and looks professional as well.

Good bag, I lost it. Have no idea where it is, football, somone has it. It's worth it tho. Fighting or football. I probably have to buy another one eventually.

This shield has a good combo of handles and is thick and forgiving. My son and I have worked a lot of pursuit and tackling drills, and I give him the business! I feel plenty protected. Hoping this will last a few seasons!
