Suggested Use: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 3 large eggs 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional) Baking Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8x8-inch glass-baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on only two opposite sides. Lightly spray with nonstick spray on the two sides that will not be covered in parchment paper. Pour entire can of mix into a mixing bowl. Melt butter and stir to cool down. Add eggs and butter to dry mixture. Stir batter until fully incorporated. If using nuts, fold into batter now. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake on the middle rack of your oven for 38 minutes if using 8x8 pan, or 35 minutes if using 9x9 pan. A toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie should be almost clean when removed. Let brownies sit in pan for 5 minutes after removing. Loosen the two sides without parchment paper overhang with a knife. Lift from pan using "paper handles". Transfer to a wire rack. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
