Q: Are these easy to clean?

Yes they are if you use the dry clean spray & leave them enough time to dry

Q: Will the airpods max fit in the oem smart case with these on?

I have these covers on my AirPods MAX along with the silicone earpad covers and a silicone cover on the headband. The AirPods fit nicely in their original case and that case fits very nicely in the oem smart case.

Q: These are the first covers I’ve seen that are not plastic or silicone. Has anyone tried to use dyes or inks to make custom splatters or dip them?
