After doing some research I was not aware of the different elements of vitamin E and their impact on the body. Tocotrienols are shown to be stronger and more affective liver health, cholesterol and brain function. Gel caps are small, easy to swallow, no after taste, contain delta- gamma and from a well know source, non gmo.

Very detailed packaging. All questions answered, and there is a lovely chart to help understand the benefits of this product. As per Dr Berg, this is the best type of Vitamin E to take, and people who have been around for over 50 years need to start supplementing this, or eat it in their diet. It is supposed to help these crazy heat flashers too. I wanted to start with a lower dosage, so I wouldn’t be concerned if I did eat food with Vitamin E in it already. But I personally am not able to eat ALL of the required nutrients that are left out of a multivitamin. No matter how many whole foods I eat. Especially since our American foods are not farmed as good as back in the day. In the meantime of waiting for RFKjr to overhaul our food and Big Pharma, I will take a supplement.

Bought these for my mother who has high blood pressure and coronary artery disease. These vitamin E pills seem to be potent according to her after some time of taking them. She noticed more stability in her high blood pressure, so considering that it has worked to some capacity, I'm satisfied with the product itself. I'm not the biggest fan of the price point for the amount of capsules + dosage (30 count / 125mg). But, you get what you pay for and I suppose if you want a higher quality product, you have to pay a higher price. Overall, I recommend this brand of vitamin E.

I bought this because Dr Berg talked an about how important this is for your kidneys. He didn’t mention how awesome my skin looks now! It’s like anti aging in a bottle!! I am 52 and I will be taking these as long as they are available. I feel better and my skin looks amazing! I am just an ordinary woman. I didn’t get paid to write this. I am on a budget but this is worth every penny!!!! In fact I tan short and had to wait a week to buy another bottle and my skin was looking dry and dull again so I am going to try to make sure that never happens again!!
