Rolaids Ultra Strength Antacid Chewable Tablets, Assorted Fruit, 72-Count

I’ve tried a bunch of different antacids over the years, and I keep coming back to these Rolaids Ultra Strength chewables. They work fast and actually taste pretty good for an antacid. They are definitely better than the chalky tablets I’ve used in the past. The assorted fruit flavors are a nice bonus, especially if you don’t like the typical mint or plain options. These are my go-to after a heavy meal or when heartburn hits out of nowhere. I usually feel relief within minutes, which is exactly what I need when I'm trying to sleep or just get through the day without discomfort. The only minor downside is that the tablets can crumble a bit in the bottle if you’re not careful, and I wish they were a little less sweet—but that’s just personal preference. Also, the bottle is kind of bulky if you want to carry it on the go. Overall, these are super effective, taste decent, and are a solid value for the price. Definitely something I like to keep stocked in the medicine cabinet.

These beat Tums by 100. I bought a small pack of Rolaids while I was in Canada and I’m only 23, but I suffer from really bad heartburn and indigestion since I was a kid. Even the smell of a taki will make my acid reflux act up. Needless to say there wasn’t any Tums ® brand in sight. Honestly tasted like candy just a bigger size smartie if you will. A little chalky texture, but nothing horrible as the taste makes up for it. It does exactly as it says it works INSTANTLY. Acid reflux? Indigestion heartburn? Gone in seconds to a minute. Trust I know what really bad heartburn + indigestion feel like after 10+ years of experiencing it. I once felt like I was having a heart attack from the heartburn since Tums didn’t provide any relief and it wouldn’t go away. Tums has always failed me. The only times it’s worked is when I gaslit myself into thinking it did. Even then it didn’t kick in as fast as Rolaids does. I just ran out and need to repurchase. I’m going to keep buying these unless the day comes where they stop working like a genie in a bottle.

This works great, tastes great, and easy to chew. I prefer this one over other brands.

I’ve rediscovered Roland’s extra strength after using generic antacids for years. The addition of magnesium hydroxide is a game changer for me, no more problem with constipation! They taste good and work great!

Works fast. Decent price. I find that it doesn’t completely dissolve in your mouth after you’d chewed. It leaves a grittiness in your mouth for a while. But, it’s very effective, so I still recommend it.

Mint Rolaids work so much better than anything else for me. Not chalky and fast acting. Can't get these readily in my area anymore. Highly recommend.

This is the brand I’ve used my entire life. It works for temporary relief just great.
