I bought these under the guise that they change your mood (as seen in a online ad). Nope. But they do smell good, but I don't feel calmer or uplifted (again, as it was adverzed). However they do have the same effect as other nasal clearing inhalers but they are a lot more expensive.

I don't know how this stuff works but it is great. I used to wake up multiple times a night and get up about 3 am to go to the bath room. Sometimes I was unable to get back to sleep.Now I use this product before I go to bed and I normally sleep all the way through the night. If I do happen to wake up I can fall right back to sleep. I am getting a lot more rest. My wife also uses a stick and she also says she is sleeping much better.
