I was told they were ready for collection. When I went to collect I was told they were lost!
The product is always perfect I order these quite often. Amazon told me they were ready to collect from my Waitrose Store. Waitrose could not find them, they had been lost. It appears Waitrose have no way of tracking orders and therefore there is no traceability. The problem was sorted but it took about a week!!
