I've been taking both of these pills every morning for the past two weeks and I cannot discern any noticeable effects. The size is very manageable and they are easy to take with some water. I do intermittent fasting for weight loss where I really only eat one meal in the evening, so I am pretty sensitive to things that give me any type of boost or energy early in the day and these really haven't given me any detectable difference in my mood, energy level, or overall health. I didn't notice any negative issues either, no stomach upset or diarrhea or anything weird. They just didn't seem to do anything for me at all, but your experience could be different.

After some testing utilizing 99% isopropyl alcohol I have come to realize that this is at best a fake supplement, and at worse possibly something quite bad.True shilajit is not soluble in isopropyl alcohol. If anything it should clump together and form a very dark brown or black substance. Additionally this lists turmeric as one of its ingredients.Turmeric is soluble in isopropyl alcohol and it's presence would yield a bright gold to orange color on a white ceramic surface when tested.As you can tell by my test photos neither of those situations has occurred. I do not know what is in these tablets and when you go to the seller information it's somebody's house, and when you search for the manufacturer information that is on the bottle it is very difficult to find what you were looking for.I can no longer recommend these mystery pills.Original review:I love this supplement bundle! The convenience of getting two great products in one listing makes it incredibly easy to purchase and use. If you do a quick search online for all the different things that all of these do synergistically it's hard to find a better value to help with energy, focus, and numerous other things. They both came packaged very well and were shrink-wrapped together. You can tell that the company really puts a focus on quality when it comes to their products.
