I bought this for the name 'Salter' which I thought would be better quality, however after 3 months it has stopped working in that no red part (the time left) is visible any more. So disappointed

This is just not loud enough, nor does it ring long enough.

I got one of these with a set of scales, and i just had to get more of them as they are so handy. Thankfully you can buy them on their own! So now instead of those 'egg shaped' timers that have to sit on the couter, i now have these stuck up on the cooker hood, in perfect view at all times when cooking. Awesome!
