Works very well

Been using the mount for a few weeks now - it fits perfectly on the Yeti microphone and looks great. Very sleek. There was an issue with a missing adapter but the vendor went above and beyond to fix it. Recommended!

The mic I've got is an MXL 990, and I thought this tapered down from 2.5in to at least 2.25, based on the pics, but not as much as I'd hoped. Nonetheless, a little foam as thick as the included pop filter(? moisture cover, really) held it in pretty well, even chanced it upside down and it held tight.Believe this is anodized alum. frame, looks good, feels pretty solid. Mic holder(inner) is kind of a thinner but decent feeling plastic. Came w/ 3 set screws for Yeti, and 2 replacement elastics/shock absorbers(basically hair ties).If you dont have a Yeti, it may still suit your purpose anyway.Also will work with 3/8in-5/8in mic stand fittings. Not sure about 1/4 unless the 3/8 reduces down further inside. Could've maybe engineered the angle adjustment knob a little further away so you had more room to loosen/tighten.All in all, decent looking mount, for $10, and should work great for intended purpose..

Perfect with my Blue Yeti and Fifine BM88 arm

It works well for me, I put this thing on and started shaking at my desk testing the audio and moving the mic arm around/back and forth and as long as you don’t touch the actual microphone(obviously) the shock mount reduces the noise to almost or totally nothing. Haven’t gotten around to really testing the effectiveness of the foam for the mic but seeing as how I mainly bought this for the shock mount, it’s served its purpose well for me! I also want to mention that I did receive the adapter since I saw a few reviews who said that they did not. Either way I already had one since I needed it for my yeti to fit on the mic arm I already owned but still figured I’d mention it did come with one.

Excelent product. Package cane intact, easy to setup, fits pretty well on my cheap mic arm. Item comes with couple elastic spares and a bolt. And looks much better like my old mic shock mount. 👍🏻
