Will it fit plus size women?

Only if you are comfortable going about your life with the equivalent of a rubber band about your waist. For me, a hard no. And that bs about 57 inches is stretching what looks to be a 3/4 inch piece of average elastic belting about four times it’s length - to be generous. This product is sized for ballerinas only, unfortunately.

How small will this go?

If you’re referring to the strap, it will get very short. It could fit someone who is very thin.

will it be comfortable to wear as I am consistently moving around?

It is comfortable to wear. And the battery lasts up to 6 hours of constant working time. Will not shut down every 15/30 mins.

I understand it won't shut down every 30 mins. But does it have longer time opinion? Do you have to turn it off manually every time?
