there are 3 boxes per pack, you get 3 boxes.

Q: Does the conditioner come in each box of the 3-pack hair dye?

yes, there is conditioner in each pack. I have short hair so there's enough in each pack for several applications of conditioner. Very good conditioner!

Q: Can you use some and use the rest later?

You need to mix 1 and 2 together, I am not sure how long you can keep the mixture for later, definitely not for the next dye.
