Yes it will. It is mild enough that it will not cause a significant change in color. It may lightly brighten the complexion

Q: Can you leave it on all day?

These level R daily-use peels you can leave on if you don’t mind how it feels on the skin. If you intend to go outside, then wash it off and put sunscreen on.

Q: can i sleep with it on?

you should probably try a test patch on your skin to make sure your skin is fine with it. This isn't that strong, but if you've never used Glycolic Acid before I would definitely do that and then after applying it all over, if it is irritating, you can always wash it off.
