Very clean and sturdy case.
This is a fabulous case that I had purchased for my gaming computer build. Very sturdy metal on the outside and strong cables and links. Cable management panel on the backside is very helpful with lots of room to manage all your cables, window is a strong plastic. It even comes with an exhaust fan on the back, which is a bonus. Optical drive and hard drive bays are extremely easy to use and very sturdy as well. All in all, it's a very wonderful case and I would be more than happy to recommend it to anyone.

Pin head
A fairly sturdy case. No sharp edges or flimsy stampings. I haven't bought a case in ages, but I am not all that crazy about the PSU mounting at the bottom of the case where heat is doing to be rising up over the mobo. I liked the easy mount drive bays, but there is an exception. The 3 1/2" drive caddies have pins to go into your hard drive to hold them in place, which I though was clever at first. But them when I went to put the side cover back on the box I found out it wouldn't go on because the power cable and SATA cable both stuck out about 1/8" too much. I had to yank the drives, snip off the pins and attach to the caddies with screws to get enough clearance for the panel to slide into place. And yes, I DID use 90 degree connectors and they still didn't clear. Enough to knock a star off.Other than that, I've been pleased with this case and would buy another if occasion permitted.

Case has horrible cooling. Cannot keep gpu below 70 C
Case has horrible cooling. Cannot keep gpu below 70 C. There is no airflow. Cannot mount 240 mm water cooling radiator inside. Space for motherboard is limited, very small can only fit an atx motherboard in there with power supply on bottom. Can not mount hard drive in slot without it sticking out, so you can not have side door on. Would never recommend buying this case.

Lot of shortcomings ....
Pros:1 - Side way internal bays 3 x 2.5" & 3 x 3.5" with included mounting adapters make it very easy to install and remove the drives.2 - Sturdy build even with light and thin material.Cons:1 - Received with the power button defective and did not bounce back or click, to avoid return hassle, I had to replace the switch (electrical part).2 - The width of the case are little too short, and even without the standoffs (not requires), I can barely close the side when use tall CPU heat sink.3 - The Internal 3.5" bays when install 3.5" hard drives, SATA power cables will protrudes too far out, and you can't close the side cover, I had to install the 3.5" hard drive with terminal side facing the other side. This is the worst and disaster PC case I ever have but I decided to keep it because after installed everything, the PC power up and ran fine, and this case will sit still still underneath the desk and can not cause any problem like a car or boat due to poor designs.

Light duty only!
Adequate but not very sturdy on the front face. You could easily damage the drive bay covers as they have no rigid frames.

Well made PC case
Overall this case is built pretty well. I have been around dozens of PC cases, and this one for the money is really nice. It has ample room for a larger video card and CPU cooler. I used the GTX 970 in this case. The only add on for cooling I would suggest is maybe a top 120 fan to vent the air out. I really like the mounting of the power supply, and how it pulls fresh air from the bottom. It has a little ground clearance, but i would not suggest putting this directly on carpet.

Pretty great for the price
I was fairly surprised by the quality I got for the price I paid. Front filter as well as PSU filter (two 120mm fans mount to the filter, allowing two intakes). Tool-less drive installation, and decent cable management options. Granted, you don't have a ton of room behind the mobo for cables, but still decent options for the price. I bought this to replace a very old case that had basically none of these features, so it was a nice upgrade. My only complaint is that some of the mobo mounting screws didn't seem to want to go in all the way. They would screw in, but never fully tighten. I may have been using the wrong screws, but the instructions don't tell you which screws to use, and most of them worked perfectly fine, leading me to believe some of the screw holes weren't properly made or stripped. I'll look more into it later and change the rating if I find it was in fact my fault, but for now I'm docking a star for that. The mobo stays secure, so it isn't a huge deal.

Thermaltake Continues to Impress
I have never bought a Thermaltake case that I haven't loved. I have been building PCs for a few years now, and I have built well into the double digits. I build for friends, family, and have actually started a local business doing PC work. I have used several different models of Thermaltake cases, and I have never been disappointed. The Versa H21 is no exception. Especially when you compare Thermaltake to other brands that have Mid Towers in the $40-$65 range, the features, ease of use, and build quality is fantastic. I have used cases by Apevia, Bitfenix, Corsair, Rosewill, etc. and I always end up coming back to Thermaltake. With this specific case, I custom painted it. I took all of the pieces apart, sanded it, primed and painted it, and it looks fantastic (I didn't attach photos because I don't want someone to casually look at them and think this pc is purple). On a side note, this PC has great airflow too. This can be a problem in cheaper cases, but not with the Versa. If you're looking for a case that's around $50, Thermaltake is the way to go.
