Q: windows 10 ? Is this fully functioning on windows 10 yet? If you are using it with Win 10, please tell me ?

I have had the shuttle Pro for about a year and a half, and have been using it with Windows 10. However, I've never been able to program the buttons and have been using 6 of the preprogrammed buttons and the wheel with Premiere Pro CC. I contacted support early on, and was told that their technical support person was no longer with them, and being a small company, they were unable to assist me. I'm not sure if they've replaced this person since that time. I decided in the end, to keep the Shuttle Pro, since it was still better than editing using only the keyboard controls. Now a year and a half later, it still only works with the above buttons, and 1 of them has started to have issues, but is still working. I am considering upgrading to the 3Dconnexion Space Mouse Enterprise, as it seems newer, and hopefully works better with Windows 10.

Q: What is the difference between this and the $170 model available on Amazon?

Q: Is there a proper manual for Mac users? I bought Contour ShuttlePRO v2 and it is impossible to program to use with Photoshop. Any help?

Remember, first unplug your Shuttle Pro and restart your computer before installing the software. Then plug-in your Shuttle Pro to access the program menu. Good luck!
