great value
i researched a lot of computers over 2 weeks and decided to get this model.. I haven't been disappointed yet. I has handled my gaming needs. also have a 2nd monitor hooked up and everything has been running/working fine. It has a slight glow at night for the lighting but it hasn't affected me as of yet. I really feel like the manufacturer/shipper had gone above and beyond with how they packed the inside with foam to protect against any potential shipping issue(s).

Cheaply Made, exactly what the reviews summary says!!!
Do not buy! I’ve had WiFi issues as well. I have to restart the pc before signing in upon startup. I have also experienced a lot of app issues. The internet browser will be open after signing in and it was never open prior to the last shut down. I have recently noticed my time setting had changed without me doing it. It switched to pacific time when I know I set it for eastern time. My mouse that’s plugged in the usb port will sometimes turn off completely so I have to unplug and plug it back in. Very annoying, cheaply made Do not waste your money

Great 1st gaming computer
Bought as a Christmas gift for my teen and he was able to go homework and much more. With his computer added there was no delay in his game play.

So far so good
The pc came packed very securely think of Will Smith crashing the car in I Robot. Foam tight. Once packing was removed and everything was plugged in the pc turned on with no problems. I logged into my Microsoft account, my google account and everything was synced up in less than 30 minutes from box to gaming. The wireless capability is sub par I am using a cat6 Ethernet cable and downloads are fast. Runs DayZ with lots of mods with no issues in the first week. Not a bad machine for the money. Can be upgraded.

Great if you're new to owning/buying a PC
If you are new to PC, this is worth the investment. It runs games perfectly fine at 1080p @60hz, and can multitask a little a bit. It has no issues running 2-3 windows/applications at once, and can run low demanding games at higher resolutions and refresh rates, as I have run indie games at 2K @180hz with no delay or framerate issues. It's pretty much plug and play, as long as you have a monitor and a speaker/headset, given that it comes with a basic keyboard and mouse, but I do highly suggest doing research and investing in your own keyboard and mouse. The CPU fan works well, just don't overwork your PC or it will have difficulty keeping it cool. You could always replace parts such as the ram and CPU cooling unit, but it all works fine, and I don't recommend swapping anything out without research or without advice from someone with experience. If you are an experienced PC owner/builder, this is probably not worth your time. If you have $800 to purchase this PC, you are better off buying the parts yourself and building it, as you might save some money and might be able to build a better PC than this. If you just need a quick PC, this will do the job, but if you are looking for quality over speed, then I recommend buying better parts using your budget. I personally got this PC as my Lenovo laptop was not able to keep up with my daily needs, and I went ahead and got this as I was on a budget and needed something fast. I would have loved to build my own PC, but you can't beat one-day delivery. It definitely runs everything I need and works great, though I am looking into replacing the ram for 32GB @3200Mhz instead of the default 16GB @2600Mhz. Definitely worth it in my case, and this PC does work decently well for a prebuilt. I recommend this for new PC buyers, but not experienced PC buyers. I also had no issues with delivery, it came in perfect condition and only took me 5 minutes to set it up and connect everything I needed to it. You do have to sign for the delivery, so make sure you order it to arrive on a day you'll be available. Please keep in mind that this review is specifically for the STGAubron Ryzen 5 5500/RTX 2060S (Super).

Gaming PC
This computer desktop we had trouble connecting it WiFi. It’s supposed to have the WiFi built into it but we still had to buy a separate WiFi adapter to be able to hook to WiFi. That wasn’t explained to us. Other than that has turned out to be a good gaming desktop over all.

Good budget PC
Color options are great, PC noise is definitely a low enough volume to not be bothersome. Has been running World of Warcraft great since I first set the computer up. Update 12/20/2025- PC has been blatantly failing for around a month or so. Issues with RAM or GPU cause false boot ups that require consistent restarts to bypass. Also cannot update to Windows 11 without replacing internal parts due to deficient parts in original PC.

Graphics Card is generic/in-house and not designed to last.
The in house STG RX 580 has issues. Same story as everyone else here (why the hell didn't I read the bad reviews before buying). The issue is that they over heat and black screen. There is probably either cheap heat paste used or it was improperly applied (too much or too little, with a bad spread). When it over heats I get a waft of burnt something, it isn't very strong. It continues to overheat more and more frequently, which suggests the problem is progressive (I assume more and more paste burns/breaks down). If you install AMD's adrenaline and fine tune the card (at the like 75% efficiency) you can probably save your card from it's inevitable heat death, unless it has already started. That said it is already a low grade GPU by today's standards. I should have built a PC instead. I didn't realize the GPU was going to be generic. If STGAubron steps up and handles this (somehow), Ill put a few more stars here for customer support. Till then, this purchase is a boat anchor.
