Use it everyday while on my desktop because my monitor does not filter out the blue lights. But I do have one problem the rubber covers that are on the earpieces of the glasses keep slipping off which is a bit annoying kinda afraid I might lose them one day this is the only reason why I’m giving 4 stars.

The lens on these glasses are STRONG. Can see my own eyeball reflected back to me lol Giving a 4/5 as the frame is just spray painted and not metal (looked like metal to me)
