This is sooooo yummy. And it's the real Dijon recipe, not the generic "Dijon" mustard the big brands sell.

Best Dijon Mustard
The burgundy is my favorite but all of them are delicious. Often, I just spread the mustard on plain crackers. That’s how good it is. Has a horseradish heat that opens the sinuses but doesn’t leave a lasting burn. The other one I really love is the coarse mustard.

Flavorful
Delicious. You can taste the burgundy., the mustard is not a hot mustard, but definitely flavorful. Great with breaded mushrooms.
