Good product but pricey compared to liquid lecithin in the bottle. Worth the extra cost for the convenience.

Very helpful
No flavor. Easy to swallow. It was recommended to me to prevent clogged ducts during breastfeeding and it has worked magically! I was struggling with clogged ducts weekly and ever since I started taking it have not had them at all! Has no smell or flavor so even though pill is big it’s easy to swallow.

Essential for preventing blocked milk ducts!
I am a NICU nurse and one of the lactation consultants I work with recommended this...This product is absolutely essential for me in my breastfeeding journey. Turns out I am super prone to getting blocked milk ducts and it is SO frustrating, and a risk for mastitis. While taking this sunflower lecithin I haven't had even ONE occurrence. Truly a must have product for me, I'm on my second bottle. If you get blocked ducts give this a try!!!!
