... smells nassty whenever you take a drink. Fortunately there is zero taste from the lid, but that smell. Hoping that tones down after awhile. This lid replaces the typical molded plastic with 'O' ring seal which always gets nasty and is hard to clean. FYI, the top rim of the cup measures 3.50" (outside dia.) with a 0.16" wide lip. The lid seems to go on easily and seals well.

I've purchased 3 ceramic travel mugs and all of them had inset plastic lids that didn't stay on at all. I decided to try these and they work. I can finally drive to work without hot coffee all over my crotch and pickup. I have to stretch them a little on the larger cup, but that just makes them fit better.

I bought these to replace an old coffee stained white one on the star mug. The nacho mug came with that small plastic disc type lid that you can see in the picture. It fits down into the mug. I could see it getting stained rather quickly. These new lids fit both ceramic mugs perfectly. Using this lid and not the one that came with the nacho mug I can fit more coffee into the mug. I was too lazy to get up to take measurements when I ordered. I went with the 'thicker' colorful ones thinking they would fit. They fit great! 👍🏻🙂

Would recommend and buy again if needed. Very durable. Work on my travel mugs that has lost its lid and replaced the ones that came with it.

Pros, sturdy tight lid with great seal.Cons, 4 stars due to a rubbery taste and smell, even after it was washed. I’m sure after it’s washed a few more times it will disappear. I would still recommend.

Fits well enough as a replacement top. Good to have extras too just in case I lose it again!

I bought these silicone cup lids for a family member who drinks slowly and they said the lid helps them drink easier. I bought it because their coffee was always cold and in summer they were worried about bugs in the cup of water overnight on the nightstand. It served all those purposes!I went with the thinner ones and they've been flexible enough for an elderly person to easily get on and off, and they've fit a variety of glasses and mugs we have in the house. Certainly not all, and if need be I'd have been glad to get more glasses that fit because the lids have been great.

I recently got a cute double walled metal Starbucks cup and was dismayed that it didn’t come with a lid. Well, now I have a great solution. These lids work perfectly, even if it’s a little wider at the rim than if they were made for the cup. It seals well, as you can see, and is a modular size that works for other cups too.

I use these on my handmade pottery mugs - they are slightly stretchy so they fit on most of the “usual” sized mugs. Much nicer to take a home made mug to the car without spilling, and not having to use an ugly thermos!

The media could not be loaded.  This fit my travel mugs perfectly but I can see how they may not work if they aren't the exact right size. As you can see from the video, even when I tip the cup fully upside down the contents don't leak through seam.
